Definitions
For purposes of this Policy:
Shipping Damage
All shipping damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier and are subject to the carrier’s terms, conditions, and deadlines.
Customers must refuse visibly damaged shipments at the time of delivery where reasonably possible. Failure to do so may limit or void the ability to recover from the carrier.
Customers must document all damage with clear photographs showing packaging, labels, and affected Products, along with a written description. The Company must be notified within twenty-four (24) hours of Delivery, and all documentation must be submitted to sales@aircontruckparts.com .
For LTL shipments, any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt or freight bill at the time of delivery. Failure to note such damage may void the claim.
Failure to comply with this section may result in denial of replacement, refund, or credit.
Returns – New, Unused, or Incorrect Products
All returns require a valid RMA issued by the Company prior to shipment. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the Customer’s expense.
Unused, unopened, and uninstalled Products may be returned within thirty (30) days of Delivery. Special-order and non-stock Products are non-returnable.
All returned Products must be in Resalable Condition. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to the Company’s error.
The Company reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with this Policy.
Warranty Returns
All warranty returns require an RMA.
The Company does not provide any independent warranty. See Air Con’s Terms and Conditions. All Products are sold subject only to the warranties provided by the original manufacturer, if any.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny any warranty claim based on compliance with manufacturer warranty terms.
Warranty does not apply to Products that:
Defective Products must be returned within ten (10) days of RMA issuance. Failure to return within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
If a returned Product is determined to be non-defective, the Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and may be subject to restocking or inspection fees.
Return Procedures
Customers must initiate returns by submitting an RMA request via https://www.aircontruckparts.com/ . All required information must be provided.
RMAs are issued upon review and approval and are valid only for the specified return period. Expired RMAs will not be honored.
A copy of the RMA must be included with the return shipment. Failure to include required documentation may delay processing or result in rejection.
Refunds and Restocking Fees
Refunds will be issued only after the returned Product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be based on the original purchase price, less applicable restocking fees and all shipping costs (including outbound and return shipping).
All eligible returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30 % of the returned product’s Air Con sales price.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary but are typically completed within 30 business days after inspection.

Limitation of Remedies
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any claim relating to a Product shall be, at the Company’s option:
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor costs, installation costs, loss of use, downtime, loss of business, or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Product.
Installation and Warranty Conditions:
This warranty is conditioned upon proper installation of the product in accordance with manufacturer instructions, OEM specifications, and accepted industry standards. Installation must be performed by a qualified and licensed technician, where applicable. Any damage, malfunction, or failure resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow accepted industry practices shall not be covered under this warranty and will render this warranty null and void.
Governing Law and Venue
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under or related to this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Dallas County, Texas.
Modifications
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
